Digital Downloads
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property.
Download Issues
If you experience any problems with your digital files—such as corruption or receiving the wrong file—please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@faithfulcanvas.com. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving the issue and make sure you receive the correct, working file.
Physical Products
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical items. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help—just email us at hello@faithfulcanvas.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements are available only if you received a damaged item or the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@faithfulcanvas.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll make it right.
Mislabeled Orders
On rare occasions, an item might be mislabeled. If this happens, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and your order number, and we’ll send a corrected item or offer a refund.
